Heya and welcome to my little and humble demopage, this is Takeo at the keys.
So...what is the meaning of all this? Well, back in the days when i was an old C64 scener (ok ok, very old...I was 12 when I started) I made some intros in assembler and some music
in Music Monitor from the Dutch USA Team. Actually, you are listening to a remix of Druids 2 (also known as the Fairligt intro tune) made in that program. And now, I am ehm, a bit older, and having my own webcompany.
So I had this idea to build a c64 like intro for the browser. Nothing fancy or special, just a nice little project for me to fillup my (unfortuantly rare) sparetime.
And here we are... For those who do not recognize the 3 lines of code that are fading in on the background:
it's C64 assembler code. lda#$00 sta$d020 sta$d021 rts This code will give you a black outer and innerscreen on a C64. Completely useless code nowadays, but for me it brings back good memories :)

And now in good old C64 style some respects to people from the C64 scene. I actually never met them, but they where my heroes and examples when I was a little kid:
Jeroen Tel -undoubtly a gifted composer and 8bit king. I still play his music on a daily base-, JCH, Maniacs of Noise, Reyn Ouwehand, 20CC (RIP Edwin van Santen and thnx for all the nice tunes) and ofcourse
David M. Hanlon for the epic Druids 2 tune, made famous by Fairlight :) Oh btw, you can press space to continue...
